StarStarStarStarNo Star GCM Review — JOHN F.

First assistant I spoke with on the phone to get an appt. in Dearborn was rude and unhelpful. Person who answered for Southfield was much more accommodating. Also you ask for too much information on the phone. For example why do you need my birthdate for an appointment? Also why do I fill out pages of pre-registration and then field phone calls about my pharmacy phone number. I provided it in writing and then have to give the number to the person who called my prescription in. Picky on my part but overall a good experience.
